Max is a humanoid robot in development. Mirror is a pair of AI Display Glasses in development. Images are generated concept renders. Final design, capabilities and the robot’s full purchase price have not been announced.
Max reservation fees
Priority. A priority position in the Max reservation queue. The fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Standard. A standard position in the Max reservation queue. The fee is fully refundable. Contact support@marred.ai to request a refund.
Mirror reservation fees
Priority. A priority position in the Mirror reservation queue. The fee is non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Standard. A standard position in the Mirror reservation queue. The fee is fully refundable. Contact support@marred.ai to request a refund.
Si membership
Si membership is optional for every Marred product. You can reserve Max or Mirror without a membership, and subscribe to Si without reserving hardware. Membership fees, hardware reservation fees and final hardware prices are separate. See the membership terms.
Subscribing to, changing or canceling Si membership does not affect your hardware reservation or queue position. Standard fees remain refundable by request; Priority fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Membership cancellation does not itself submit a hardware refund request.
Non-transferable
All reservations and their queue positions are non-transferable.
Estimated delivery
Max: 2030–2032. Mirror: 2028–2029.
This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Development, testing and manufacturing remain ahead of us. A reservation fee is not the full purchase price of a robot and does not establish final product specifications.
Funding the mission
Reservations are intended to help fund Marred AI’s mission to protect humanity from misaligned AI. Final robot purchase terms and any remaining payment obligations will need to be provided separately.
Currency and regional pricing
Prices are shown in the configurator for your selected country. The same currency and amount are sent to Stripe. Regional prices are fixed catalogue amounts based on an exchange-rate reference; they may change for new checkouts. An existing subscription keeps its agreed monthly amount and currency. Refunds, where available, are issued in the original payment currency; your bank may apply exchange rates or fees.
Payments and privacy
Payments will be processed on a Stripe-hosted checkout for Marred AI’s connected account. Card details are handled by Stripe. You may add an optional Si membership in the same Stripe checkout as your reservation, or subscribe separately. When added, the amount due today includes the one-time reservation fee and the first month of membership. Only the membership renews monthly until canceled, at the amount and in the currency agreed at checkout. Cancelling membership does not cancel your reservation. Existing members should choose No membership to avoid starting another subscription. A configuration saved in your browser is not a reservation or proof of payment.
The configurator stores your country, finish and reservation preferences locally in your browser. It does not collect names or payment information. If you proceed to Stripe, Stripe collects the information shown on its checkout page to process your reservation.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
