Si membership terms.

Si development programme membership is open to everyone. You do not need to reserve Max or Mirror to subscribe.

Choose your monthly membership.

Individual covers one person. Family covers everyone living in the family home. Both are monthly recurring subscriptions. Current prices appear in the Si configurator.

Membership is a recurring monthly subscription in the currency and at the amount agreed at checkout, charged through Stripe. An existing subscription keeps its agreed monthly amount and currency. It continues until cancelled. To request cancellation or billing assistance, email support@marred.ai from your membership email.

One membership.

Membership is optional for all products. Individual covers one person; Family covers everyone living in the family home. You do not need another subscription to reserve a product. If you already subscribe and want to switch between Individual and Family, contact support@marred.ai before starting another subscription.

Hardware is separate.

Membership does not include a hardware reservation or hardware purchase price. Si membership is optional. Subscribing, cancelling or changing a membership does not affect a hardware reservation or queue position. Reservation fee refund terms are separate and appear in the reservation terms. Cancelling membership does not itself submit a hardware refund request.

A development programme.

Membership supports the development of Si and member participation in its direction. It is not an investment, equity, a guarantee of particular capabilities or a promise of access to a finished model. Si, Max and Mirror are in development.

Your rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies required by applicable law. Contact support@marred.ai with billing, cancellation or refund questions.
